One main neat naskh hand in black, more careless towards the end, 32 lines per page (29 lines on ff. 121r-145v); partially dotted ductus, no shaddas or hamzas. Many diagrams with abjad notation as well as a table (116r) in black; some reserved spaces for diagrams (34v, 56v, 193v, 228v). Occasional marginal corrections and red markers for the beginning of a new treatise. Four parts more carelessly written in different naskh hands (57r-57v, 191v-193r, 206v-207v and 228r-229r), also in black with only occasional tashkīl and no diacritics; varying numbers of lines; the treatises of these parts were copied later on, filling initially blank folios, with the first of these treatises dated 755/1354-5. Cover slightly damaged, minor moisture stains, severe corrosion of the paper caused by the ink. Dimensions: 220×125mm (Reisman and Bertolacci). Type III binding.
