Third hand (including the Ptolemaic work): clear and regular naskh; chapter headings, verba numbers (abjad) and formulaic expressions in red, chapter beginnings often overlined in red; mostly dotted ductus with a few other diacritics;no diagrams. Other hands: clear and regular naskh, mostly dotted, red used throughout; beautiful diagrams in several colours by the first hand, neat diagrams in red by the fourth hand. Codex in very good condition; some smudges of ink; some moisture stains never hindering the reading. Dimensions: 21×14.5 cm (Munzawī); written area varying from 13.0×7.0 to 15.5×8.5 cm (Ptolemaic section: 135×75 mm, Munzawī); 17 to 23 lines per page. Simple black leather cover (Munzawī).
