machine-made paper with watermarks (Andrea Galvani Pordenone, produced in the province of Venice 1838-1880), I+465+Ia ff. (without foliation; catchwords on verso pages of almost every folio). A single clear nastaʿlīq hand in black; chapter headings in red, paragraph beginnings partially highlighted (mostly by words or overlines in red); regularly dotted ductus, almost no shaddas and vowels, substantial hamzas. Substantial figures and tables in red and black. No damage of any type. Dimensions: 233×158 mm; written area: 175×100 mm; 23 lines per page (misṭara imprints visible). Full leather cover in reddish brown over paper pasteboards with fore-edge flap and envelope flap (spine restored); blind-stamped medallion in diamond shape on front and back cover; frame with fillets, gilding still visible on back cover; inside decorated with marble paper (very similar to the binding decoration of Vienna, ÖNB, Mixt. 1084 and Vienna, ÖNB, Mixt. 1085). Type II binding.
